Stuart Maxwell is one of the most respected singer / harmonica players in British blues. He has toured the UK, Europe and Scandinavia and has recorded live sessions for BBC Radio 1 and the BBC Radio 2 blues show. His music has also been featured on BBC Radio 3’s Late Junction. His songs have been covered by Chris Farlowe, the Hitman Blues Band and Long Road Home. He was featured on the Cinelli Brothers’ British Blues Summit album and co-wrote the track “Much Too Much” with them. He’ll be on stage with Matt Edwards (gtr), Paul Jefferies (bass) and Nick Millward (drums).

Mr Henderson was once HM Queen Elizabeth’s trumpeter — he’s now in civvie street and regarded as one of the UK’s finest players. His classical, jazz, folk and stage credentials are top-notch and he’s bringing us a show that illustrates how great trumpet players have shaped different genres through the decades. On stage with Stuart will be Dean Stockdale (piano), Paul Jefferies (bass) and Gaz Hughes (drums).
